Additional Info: Our farm thrives under the care of passionate, punctual, dedicated individuals with a can-do attitude and experience working outdoors. We work rain or shine from March until November. It helps if you know how to take care of plants, but it matters more that you’re a team-builder, strongly self-directed, curious enough to learn quickly, and have good communication skills
