Except where specific exemption has been granted by the INSTITUTE FOR SUSTAINABLE CITIES, CITY UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK (hereafter "CISC"), by using the URBAN EARTH WIKI Wiki (hereafter "the Wiki") either by browsing or contributing material you:
- Assert that you own the copyright to, are otherwise authorized by the copyright holder, to post any material you add to the Wiki, or that the material is outside of any copyright.
- Transfer to CISC or any body so authorized by CISC an unlimited, irrevocable license to any materials you have contributing. Uses of that material includes but is not limited to authorizing users of the Wiki to modify said material or part of said material up to and including modification to a degree so as to erase said material.
- Recognize that CISC reserves the license to material added to the Wiki for itself and any body granted a sub license to said materials. CISC does not grant to end users of the Wiki a license to the material hosted on the wiki to use said material in any way other then editing or adding to said materials on the wiki only.
